Tender for the rental of the iconic tourist property Oceanida on the coast of Vouliagmeni
27/05/2022The Public Real Estate Company SA announced the announcement of the electronic open tender. (ETAD) for the long-term rental of the Oceanida tourist property on the Vouliagmeni coast.

THE Oceania is an emblematic building, on the coast of Vouliagmeni, in a particularly privileged position with stunning views, in one of the most beautiful parts of the Athenian Riviera, which has linked its name to the modern history of the Attica coastline .
It is an original and very influential work of the eminent architects Pr. Vassiliadis, P. Sakellariou, Em. Boureka and their partner NP Hatzimichalis designed in the early 60s.
The property for rent consists of an area of 2,725 m², within which there is the “Oceanida” café-restaurant which develops on three levels, with a total area of 1,127.20 m², as well as a a gite with an area of 27.20 m².
The purpose of the competition is to develop a tourist or catering activity in compliance with the regulations in force in the territory and its energy upgrade. The duration of the lease is scheduled for 10 years, with the possibility of extension for another 10 years, following an agreement between ETAD and the contractor.
